Shipping: We ship domestically using USPS Priority Mail and internationally using USPS First Class International, Priority International, or Priority Express International at the discretion of the customer. For International Shipments, your country may require you to pay import fees, customs, duties and value added taxes (VAT), etc. which is not included in the price and shipping cost listed on our website. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that you may need to work with your local postal service to pay customs and duties before they release your shipment to you.
Unfortunately, in-store pickup is not currently possible.
Refunds: We will be happy to give a full refund if an item is returned to us in its original
condition within 10 days of purchase. The customer will be responsible for the return postage.
Exchanges: An item may be exchanged for a different item of the same or greater value if it is
returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. The customer will be
responsible for the return postage.
Account Credit: Unfortunately, we cannot issue account credit.
