Prostration Slider, perfect for a smooth glide while doing full prostrations on carpet.

These are flat "furniture sliders". When you go down to your knees for a full prostration, you put your hands on them and slide your hands forward, then bring them back by your knees before standing up. They stay on the ground when you lift your hands to stand up. Experienced practitioners think they work really well, especially when you are on a carpet can't just wear socks or gloves on your hands.
