Beautiful hand-painted thangka from Nepal depicting Vajrasattva, the Buddha of purification. Sitting upon a thousand-petaled lotus, he holds a vajra in his right hand, symbolizing skillful means. And in his left hand, he holds a bell, representing the wisdom of emptiness. It is said that all Buddhas are present in the form of Vajrasattva.
