(DIG AUDIO) Vajra Armor (2017) - Teachings by Lama Sonam Tsering Rinpoche

Vajra Armor is a healing mantra practice. Guru Rinpoche gave us this mantra as an antidote for a time in which incurable diseases are emerging. The mantra can be practiced on it's own or as part of a short sadhana practice. These teaching include teachings on the sadhana practice as well as many of the ways the mantra can be applied to support your health and well being.

To do the practice a transmission is required. Many Nyingma Lamas will be able to give it and can do so quickly as it is short. Here at Pema Osel Ling we have an annual Vajra Armor retreat during which the transmission is given. This Mantra practice is applied to both self-healing and healing others. A retreat dedicated to its recitations is a common requirement for becoming a Doctor of Tibetan Medicine.

The downloadable files include all the teachings given during our 2017 Vajra Armor Retreat and two recordings of the sadhana being recited, so that you can learn the melody and pronunciation. One recording is in Tibetan, and the other alternates between Tibetan and English.
