A beautiful 14 inch gold plated statue of Guru Rinpoche in union with Yeshe Tsogyal. Guru Rinpoche, also known as Padmasambhava, helped to establish the Dharma in Tibet in the eighth century by constructing Samye Monastary, the first Buddhist monastary in Tibet. He and his consort, Yeshe Tsogyal, are considered the heart essence of the Dzogchen teachings and the source of the Nyingma school's terma tradition. Statues such as this are powerful supports to inspire Dharma practice. The base of this statue can be opened so it can be filled and consecrated.
