Tara practice is used by practitioners to develop certain inner qualities and understand outer, inner and secret teachings about compassion and emptiness.

White Tara, (Sitatara) is known for compassion, long life, healing and serenity; also known as The Wish-fulfilling Wheel, or Cintachakra.
